2007 CCC Creek and Watershed Symposium Registration
Please fill out the form below to register for the CCWF Symposium:
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1. Send a check or money order in the mail for $20/person prior to November 15th, 2007
Please complete and print out the registration form. Attach the printed form to a check on money order. (Please do not mail cash or credit card information.) Mail the form and payment to the address below:

- If you are sending a check for multiple individuals, please make sure to enclose all the registration forms in the same envelope.
2. Receive an invoice at your address above and pay when you receive that invoice
Complete the form above and mark that you would like to have the symposium organizer to send an invoice to the address that you have entered to this website. Your payment is then due when you receive this invoice. Checks and money orders are accepted (no cash or credit cards).
3. Pay at the door with cash or a check
Complete the form above and bring cash or a check to the symposium site on November 15, 2007. To make the registration go smoothly, please fill out your check ahead of time, made payable to "Contra Costa County Community Development Department". The registration fee is $20.00/person. Cash is also accepted, but it is appreciated that you bring the exact amount for payment to the symposium.
CANCELLATIONS:
If you have already registered on-line, but you know that you cannot attend the symposium on November 15, 2007, please send an e-mail to kono@cd.cccounty.us before November 9, 2007. Subject line: Symposium RSVP Cancellation Your First Name Your Last Name.
