Peripheral Canal presentation

Presentation on new report from the Public Policy Institute of California that concluded that the “Peripheral Canal is the Best Strategy To Save Delta Ecosystem, Ensure Reliable Water Supply”. Presentation will be made by Jay R. Lund an author of the report and Professor of Environmental Engineering in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department and an associate director of the Center for Watershed Sciences at the University of California, Davis.
