PNL029 – Pinole Library and Demonstration Garden – From I-80, take the Pinole Valley Road exit south. The library is on the left at 2935 Pinole Valley Rd. Site is back by tennis courts. We'll eat lunch there. Trader Joe's is just down the street, but feel free to bring your lunch. In the afternoon we'll go to PNL100, which is on Pereira Creek. PNL100 – Pereira Creek – From the library, follow Pinole Valley Road out of Pinole, at the triangular 3-way intersection, take curve to the left and the road becomes Alhambra Valley Road (Pinole Valley Rd. continues to the right.) Continue on Alhambra Valley Rd. to the intersection with Bear Creek Road (on right) and Pereira Road (on left). Park off to side of road near sign. We'll meet there and walk back to the reach.
